For the first time officially, Didattica e Sperimentazione Società Cooperativa Sociale combines the "traditional" financial statement with the creation of a social budget, an instrument with which the Cooperative aims to respond to the information, knowledge and, therefore, not only economic ones of the various internal and external stakeholders.
In fact, through the Social Report the Cooperative monitors the quality of the services offered, the training project of the educational activities, the management and operations, communicating its educational project, mission, objectives, strategies and activities.
In order to guarantee an effective service that is increasingly attentive to the world around it, the social balance sheet can help to grasp and enhance some strengths and - thanks to feedback from stakeholders - to improve weaknesses.
Faced with a year particularly affected by the pandemic, which has strongly affected and still affects educational activities today, it therefore appears particularly relevant to reflect on the medium and long-term horizons that can justify and support the exceptional effort that the entire Cooperative has made and continues to work on to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the services offered to families and minors.
This social budget was presented, shared and approved in the Shareholders' Meeting.
